About the property
The old lady (Austro-Hungarian agricultural school built around 1850) passed into the hands of the Opačak family in 1996, and since then we have been continuously renovating and adapting it with stone details in as original a form as possible. The yard is spacious, fully fenced and safe for families with small children. Prefab pool 4.88*1.22 with salinator instead of chlorine, sandpit, 4 sunbeds, bicycle for small children, toys for the pool and on artificial grass in a fully shaded yard and fully visible to parents. New prefab yakuzzi for 6 people for an additional experience even on colder days. A wooden table in the shade under a large canopy for pleasant meals and a stone table with wooden benches next to the charcoal grill with pleasant night lighting for relaxed dinners and gatherings.
