The “Old Lady” (the Austro-Hungarian agricultural school built around 1850) came into the ownership of the Opačak family in 1996, and since then we have continuously restored and adapted it, preserving the stone details in as authentic a form as possible.
The yard is spacious, fully fenced, and safe for families with small children.
It features a prefab pool (4.88 × 1.22 m) with a saltwater system instead of chlorine, a sandbox, sun loungers, a bicycle for small children, pool toys, and artificial grass in a completely shaded yard that is fully visible to parents.
A new jacuzzi for 6 people with a saltwater system provides additional relaxation, especially when the weather becomes a little cooler.
There is also a wooden table in the shade of a large canopy for pleasant meals, as well as a stone table with wooden benches next to a charcoal grill with pleasant evening lighting for relaxed dinners and gatherings.
