Special conditions:
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is required when making a reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival, or in cash on the day of arrival.
- A security deposit of €200 is required upon check-in and will be refunded at departure if there is no damage.
- Use of a baby cot is included in the price.

Cancellation policy:
- 60 days or more before arrival – full refund of the deposit
- 59 to 15 days before arrival – 50% refund of the deposit
- 14 days or less before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable
